The problem
Despite world-class offerings, Telunas faced a two-layered awareness gap:
- Potential guests simply didn't know the resort existed — visibility was the core challenge.
- Even those aware of the property had no clear picture of the space and amenities being offered — meaning bookings were being left on the table.
The solution
Travelled on-site to capture the full breadth of the property — from the newly launched Ridge Villas located on the mountain to the iconic Overwater Villas — delivering high-end real estate photography and cinematic video reels that communicated both the exclusivity of the location and the full range of experiences it offers.
